- Cholesterol Check

- Blood Pressure Screening

It is recommended that all women start getting tested for osteoporosis through bone density screening at the age of forty. Those with a higher risk of osteoporosis, including those with low body weight, bone fractures and other bone-related ailments, should be screened more often. To conduct bone density screenings, a ‘dexa’ scan is the preferred testing method.
- Body Mass Index
If you are over the age of eighteen, it is recommended to be tested for obesity. This is calculated by measuring your body mass index. There are no strict guidelines for how frequently you can take this measurement. The body mass index number will indicate whether or not individuals are obese. Obesity can raise the chances of serious health related issues, including diabetes, heart attack or stroke.
- Colon Cancer Screening
This complex screen for women can only be conducted at the doctor’s office or a well-equipped hospital. This is recommended for women over the age of forty. This test is conducted via low-weighted tubes and cameras inserted into the anus to examine the colon.
- Skin Test
All women over the age of thirty are suggested to examine their skin every month at home. It’s highly suggested to carefully examine all over your body, checking for any new moles or changes to existing moles, which can be early symptoms of skin cancer. If you are at a heightened risk for skin cancer or other ailments or you are uncertain about certain mole changes, it is recommended to consult your dermatologist.
- Thyroid Test
